Played soccer yesterday and woke up this morning with body aches all over my body. Crap!
Especially my calf on my right leg. :/ Hence, I didn't report for work today.
Soccer was fun yesterday, I ran a lot, more than the days when I constantly played soccer I think. That's a good start if you asked me and I think that I may have found my new play style. Just got to build up on fitness and try to sprint more as well as work on my ball control & passing (which is horrendous yesterday.. zzz.).
So many things I'm planning to do once work ends - hit the gym, jog & sprint training, pop piano lessons & perhaps vocals lessons. I've secretly & bhb-ly set some super-high goals (studies, music & sports) for myself. Which none will know except myself! Haha.
